Tugs looks so sad, she seems to be mourning something. Sometimes she sings a mournful dirge, no doubt expressive of some great loss. We know nothing of her story, she came as a stray to a shelter in Pennsylvania. Her teeth were badly neglected, so we could only guess at her age, it's probably between 9 and 10. She has had her dental, and is recovering nicely. She has a cherry eye that is quiescent, so we decided not to do anything with that. She's probably deaf, too. She tends to wander aimlessly sometimes, sometimes she sings her little song. She is however responding to attention. We hope someone will take her in and give her some love to help her get over whatever great loss it was. She is tan, has a stiff wiry coat, and is about 18 lbs.
