Sebastian's life has changed for the better. He was kept outside, 24/7, rain or shine, hot or cold, for most of his life, but finally the neighbors pried him loose, the family agreed to his being given up. He had a companion, an older dog, whose illnesses led to euthanasia, but Sebastian survived what must have been a terrible ordeal with his health intact and a marvelous, people-oriented disposition. He is a really sweet little fellow, buff in color. We think he's about 8 years old, and about 16 lbs. He would really like to find a family who would let him show the love he has, and has stored up, after all these years of neglect. He probably, after all that, needs to learn or relearn house training, but he's a bright little man and that should not be a problem.
