Markie is an 11-year-old Peke. In the photo he is a sort of sage or sable color, and blends in with the stairway rug on which he is reclining. He is indeed a very laid back dog, but one who unfortunately cannot be taken to the family's new home when they move at the beginning of April. We desperately need a home for Markie, either a foster home or a "forever home." He is just to sweet to be out on the street a begging, and that we would never let happen, but you know what I mean. He is a good quiet house dog who likes people. He is house trained though there are some occasional accidents at night. He is up-to-date in shots. I don't have a weight on him, but it is probably about 12 lbs. Markie is with his original family, and if you are interested we can put you in touch.
