Luther is a tiny neutered male Chihuahua. He was also wondering the streets and no one has claimed him. He is very friendly. For a Chihuahua he is super friendly! He is all black except for a little white trim. Luther is in foster placement, and if you are interested we can put you in touch with the foster family. He is scheduled for neutering this week.
