Jake came back to us after a long stay as an adoption. His lhasitude started showing, with some biting, and the family, with children and their visitors, couldn't deal with it. He was much loved and was given up most reluctantly. He's a sweet dog, sweeter than most lhasas, but you have to know how to deal with their quirks. He growls when we pick him up, but that's just to remind us he's the boss, otherwise we've no problem with him. But, in a home, there are some inexplicable confrontations. He is extremely handsome and loving, in spite of his problems. He loves to be up high on something, and that might include your kitchen table. He's cream and white, about 18 lbs, and 5 years old now. In one of the pictures he's admiring how beautiful he looks right after grooming. He seems to have mellowed a great deal since he has been back with us, and perhaps can deal with a family again. We've absolutely no problem with him, and he is great with the groomer and the vet.
