Dusty was given up because he did not like a 2-year-old coming to live in his home. He didn't bite, he just growled and sounded ferocious, scaring the grandparents into giving him up for safety's sake. Dusty has not bitten anyone in years, but with a toddler you never know what's going to happen. Dusty is 8 years old, almost 9. He is scheduled for his dental and has gotten his shots, so he's up to date. He's a very sweet dog and in the right home will be a loving family pet. But no toddlers, please. He is very dominant, and very attached. He insisted on sleeping in the couple's bedroom, on his little bed on the floor. Here he has gotten along with all the dogs, and has begun to make friends, though he's a little sad and bewildered at losing his home because of that #$%@'d kid.
